Antonio Ognibene, Gradizzolo, Bologna

Antonio Ognibene

You can only fall in love with Gradizzolo wines at the first taste, and the reason is simple: you can immediately recognize, behind the straightforward, simple and slightly rustic taste, all the knowledge and all the character of Antonio. A real farmer, tied to tradition, guardian of peasant wisdom handed down from generation to generation. Antonio, now with the help of his son Gianluca cultivates almost extinct vines such as Alionza, Negrettino and also Grechetto Gentile (Pignoletto), the most widespread vine in the Bolognese hills. His company is also an agritourism where Chiara, Antonio's daughter, cooks products from the garden, innovatively but following tradition.

Would you like to try Bersot 33 ? or maybe you prefer a rustic and authentic red wine: Negartein.
