This is a drinkable and pleasant wine where the fruit, acidity and tannins from a short skin maceration, are well-balanced. The result? You want to drink again and again. Matteo and Stefan honour the Tuscan tradition of producing macerated Trebbiano with this wine. This practice has been a long-standing tradition in the region, and this wine is a tribute to how our grandfathers would have made it.
